Hokkaido, which accounts for 26% of the cultivated land area for Japanese agricultural products, produces about 70% of Japan’s wheat.
Using Hokkaido wheat with no additives, we succeeded in developing an authentic ramen that everyone can easily eat, both safely and securely. For over seven years, company spokesperson Mr. Kazunobu Matsuda has traveled around the world, accumulating information through carrying out taste-tests with 240,000 people. As a result, as of January 2018 we have been able to accumulate 381,846 package sales.
With the motivation of wanting to deliver extraordinary ramen to more people, on February 22nd, 2018,
the Ninjamen Company established the "New Ninjamen Company," carrying out both package and franchise sales.
